The JTP Mining Hoist Winch is meticulously engineered to meet the demanding requirements of lifting operations in mining environments. Whether it’s coal, metal, or non-metal mines, this hoist winch is built to handle heavy loads with precision and safety. It conforms to industry standards such as Q/HBWF002, AQ1033-2007, and JB/T7888-2010, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
When the main motor is activated, power is transmitted through a low-speed coupling to the high-speed shaft of the reducer. After two stages of gear reduction, the power is transmitted to the main shaft assembly via the driven shaft of the reducer through a coupling. By continuously changing the direction of the motor, the drum winds or unwinds the steel wire rope, enabling the lifting container to move up and down the shaft in a cyclic manner.
The main shaft assembly is the working mechanism and primary load-bearing component of the hoist. It bears all the torque of the hoist and supports the winding of the lifting steel wire rope. Made from 45# carbon steel, the main shaft undergoes rigorous non-destructive testing and mechanical performance trials to ensure reliability. The drum is welded from low carbon alloy steel plates, effectively dissipating stress and deformation, which enhances its load-bearing capacity and fatigue strength.

Integral Welded Drum: The brake disc is also welded onto the drum.
Segmented Drum with Bolted Brake Disc: Allows for easy maintenance and replacement.
Segmented Welded Drum: Available in two or four segments with bolted brake discs for flexible installation.
The dual-drum hoist features a radial tooth hydraulic rope adjustment system. Rope adjustment is controlled easily via the console, using hydraulics to engage the clutch, allowing for relative motion between the main shaft and the active drum for quick and reliable rope adjustment.
