The Kito CX Hand Chain Block (Manual Chain Hoist) is the smallest and lightest of KITO’s manual chain blocks, designed for professional use where ease of handling, portability, and reliability are crucial. Available in three models—CX003, CX005, and CX010—the Kito CX series offers lifting capacities ranging from 250 kg up to 1,000 kg, with a standard lifting height of 3 meters.
Each model in the CX series is engineered to provide millimeter-accurate lifting movements thanks to its fine-toothed precision gearbox, which requires minimal manual effort to operate. Whether you’re performing repairs, assembly, or load positioning in tight spaces, the CX Hand Chain Block delivers outstanding performance with high safety standards, including built-in overload protection.
The CX003 is the lightest in the range, weighing just 2.4 kg with a minimum height of 217 mm, making it the perfect choice for those requiring maximum portability. The CX005, designed for 500 kg capacity, weighs 4.5 kg and has a minimum height of 260 mm. For heavier loads, the CX010 provides a robust 1,000 kg capacity and includes the Twist Checker, an innovative feature that ensures the chain is not twisted during operation, all while maintaining a compact weight of just 7.3 kg.
The nickel-plated load chain is built to handle tough environments, offering superior corrosion resistance. The Class T load chain (Type V, G100), with a breaking strength of 1,000 N/mm², exceeds standard safety requirements, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor industrial applications.
The forged hooks on both the upper and lower parts of the hoist provide a large inner diameter, offering ample space for rigging equipment, while the hook locking mechanism prevents accidental disengagement of the load.
