This high tensile strength wire rope has been designed to ensure optimal performance and safety at work. It is manufactured on a seamless steel drum winch made of Q345(Fe52) class steel materials.
Motor
The motors we provide are from world-renowned brands and are installed on-site, offering excellent performance. The shell is designed to provide a high level of protection (IP55). The motor is equipped with an efficient cooling fan, ensuring optimal cooling.
Height limiter
It is essential to ensure that the lifting components automatically cut off the lifting power source after reaching the preset safe height limit. This will prevent the lifting components from continuing to rise and avoid serious accidents such as wire rope breakage, heavy object falling, equipment damage, etc. caused by excessive lifting.
Hook
These load hooks are compliant with the DIN standard and are manufactured from high-grade, high-strength alloy materials. They feature specially designed hook shells, a distinctive appearance, and high working performance.
Remote control
The pendant is the standard controller. It is suspended and has an IP65 protection level, so it can be used directly outdoors. The remote control is also available. This is useful in some special workplaces and environments.
