1.Site Survey and Safety Precautions:
- Conduct a safety survey of the installation site, addressing any safety hazards.
- Provide on-site safety education for all operators, emphasizing safety requirements and precautions.
- Install safety ropes (12mm wire) along both sides of the track beams.
- Prepare necessary climbing equipment and set up safety warning signs.
2.Track Installation:
- Lift the crane track onto the load beam using appropriate equipment.
- Prepare track accessories and tools for installation.
- Measure the span and level of the crane.
- Pull the rails onto the steel frame using a hand hoist and secure them with bent hook ross.
- Weld the end car gears to the track ends to ensure uniform contact with the crane buffer.
3.Main Beam Installation:
- Lift the main beam of the crane onto the track using a crane.
- Choose appropriate length wire ropes and ensure proper coordination and safety during lifting.
4.Electrical Installation and Commissioning:
- Connect the electrical control system according to the crane’s product drawing.
- Connect the safety contact line collector/reel flexible cable.
- Install limit switches as per the drawings.
- Mount a three-phase power indicator at the end of the track.
- Install the power supply air switch and connect it to the safety sliding contact wire/reel flexible cable.
- Measure the insulation resistance of the main circuit and control circuit to meet relevant standards (GB50256-96).
- Ensure electrical installation complies with GB50256-96 and GB6067-85 standards.
5.Testing and Commissioning:
- After installation, conduct debugging of the crane to ensure all components function correctly.
- Test the hoisting operation to verify the effectiveness of each safety protection device.
- Complete track debugging for the European-style bridge crane.
- Confirm there are no errors before delivering the crane to the user.
These steps outline the systematic process for installing a European Type Bridge Crane, ensuring safety, proper installation of components, and adherence to electrical standards before commissioning.
