The JKB Explosion-proof Mine Hoisting Winch is meticulously engineered to meet the rigorous demands of lifting operations in mining environments, particularly those with hazardous conditions such as coal dust, methane, and other flammable gases. Designed and manufactured according to industry standards like Q/HBWF003, AQ1035-2007, and GB/T20961-2007, this winch ensures compliance with safety and quality regulations.
This hoist winch operates with an electric motor that transmits power to the drum via a reducer, allowing the steel wire rope to wind and unwind, facilitating the lifting and lowering of containers. The speed regulation is controlled electrically, while the braking system utilizes both hydraulic and electrical controls for secure operation. Various position indication systems provide accurate depth monitoring, enhancing operational safety.
The explosion-proof control system includes a mining-grade explosion-proof variable frequency drive (VFD), PLC control box, operator console, explosion-proof display screen, and sensors. This system is designed for environments containing coal dust, methane, or other explosive gases, suitable for single and multi-level shafts, both single and double drum configurations.
