Product Description
The JZ series drilling winch is engineered to meet the demanding needs of drilling operations in the oil, natural gas, and geological exploration sectors. This robust electric winch is capable of lifting and lowering various drilling tools, casings, wellhead equipment, and other essential tools efficiently and safely.

Oil and Gas Drilling: In oil and gas drilling, the JK Drilling Winch plays a crucial role in lifting and lowering drill pipes and drill bits. It responds quickly to operator commands, making it ideal for handling the dynamic conditions of drilling operations.

The JZ series winch features a winding structure, primarily consisting of a main shaft assembly, reducer, elastic coupling with brake wheel, working brake, safety brake, base, and motor. The main shaft assembly includes components such as the main shaft, gears, drum, brake wheel, bearing seat, and bearings. The drum is connected to the gears and brake wheel via copper sleeves and bolts, forming an integral unit. The gears are connected to the main shaft by keys, ensuring that the main shaft rotates with the drum without transmitting torque. The steel wire rope exits from the top of the drum.
The reducer uses a spherical worm gear pair for reduction, supplemented by a primary speed change gear. The speed change lever allows switching between fast and slow speeds. The dual-drum 10-ton winch features a differential system. When the differential lever is in the through position, the output shaft gears of the reducer rotate at the same speed. In the differential position, the two gears can rotate relative to each other, enabling differential operation.
The working brake utilizes a block brake mechanism. When the motor is started, the electric hydraulic thruster releases the brake. When the motor stops, the spring force engages the brake. The full brake is a floating block type, engaging by the descent of a heavy hammer, with the electric hydraulic thruster releasing the brake.
